Before you
Arrive
Create your Mindbody account and book your class online. If you’re unsure where to start, cycling or a strength-based class are great options.
When you
Arrive
Plan to arrive 10–15 minutes early. We’ll help you get set up, answer questions and make sure you feel comfortable before class begins.
During
Class
You’ll receive clear cues and modifications throughout. Take breaks when needed and move in a way that feels right for you.

Frequently Asked Questions
Many new clients begin with Foundations or Restore Flow. These classes move at a supportive pace and help you learn the structure of our workouts while building strength and confidence.
Up4Movement is designed as a coach-led studio rather than an open-access gym. Reserving your class ahead of time allows us to keep class sizes comfortable, provide personalized coaching and create the best experience for every client in the room.
