MEET OUR FOUNDER

The Vision Behind Our Studio

Katrina Jackson, Founder of Up4Movement

Katrina Jackson founded Up4Movement with a clear vision: to create a studio where coaching is present, progress is personal and movement supports real life.

Her approach blends structure with flexibility, helping clients build strength, stability and confidence at their own pace.

What began as a personal passion has grown into a community-centered studio grounded in her belief that fitness should feel intentional, challenging and sustainable.

How We Train

Up4Movement operates as an appointment-only studio with all sessions capped to preserve focus and quality. Programming is structured across strength, cardio and sculpt formats, allowing members to train with variety while gaining results.

Meet Our Instructors

Our coaching team brings diverse experience, technical knowledge and a shared commitment to high-quality training. Each instructor leads with clarity and presence while maintaining the standards that define Up4Movement.
