Carli here! By day I work full time in payroll, by night you’ll find me instructing you to MOVE here at Up4Movment! Since becoming certified as a Turn Up Dance Fitness Instructor at the end of 2024, it’s been my mission to encourage people to connect with their confidence through dance and movement. And most importantly offer a space for people to let go and let GROW!

Growing up - fitness ideals were ever evolving. Now working as an instructor in the industry my main goal is to make sure we all love and appreciate the bodies we have now and move them accordingly. We all come from different places, physically and metaphorically - Up4Movement is where we come to build one STRONG community together.
