Founder | Personal Trainer | Group Instructor
Hi, I’m Katrina, founder of Up4Movement. I lead the studio and team while also working with personal training clients and teaching cycle, strength, and barre classes. I love working across different training formats because each style brings something unique to the body. Blending strength, mobility, and endurance allows for a more balanced and sustainable approach to fitness, and it continually challenges me to evolve both my own training and the studio’s offerings.
My training philosophy is simple: meet people exactly where they are. Every person who walks through our doors brings a different story, and I care deeply about supporting each individual in a way that feels encouraging and empowering. I approach every session and every class with humility, curiosity, and a genuine love for helping people move and feel better.
When I’m not at the studio, you’ll usually find me chasing adventures with my two boys. And occasionally, I may be across the Atlantic nurturing family and friendships in Denmark.
